• Therapeutic Training and Support Workers (TT&S)

Outpatient counseling takes place in a safe and confidential environment within one of our office locations.  It is a flexible option that allows our clients to continue their daily lives while receiving support.

This service is delivered by members of a team consisting of professional and paraprofessional staff, offering a combination of medically necessary In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S). The main focus of In-Home Therapy Services is to ameliorate the youth’s mental health issues and strengthen the family structures and supports. In-Home Therapy Services are distinguished from traditional therapy in that services are delivered in the home and community; services include 24/7 urgent response capability on the part of the provider; the frequency and duration of a given session matches need and is not time limited; scheduling is flexible; services are expected to include the identification of natural supports and include coordination of care.

A therapeutic training and support worker helps children, adolescents, and their families address behavioral health issues. They work with clients and their families to implement treatment plans, and help them build coping skills.  They are typically part of the In-Home Therapy team of professionals and paraprofessionals.

Therapeutic mentors are one-on-one support coaches who help children and teens develop skills to manage challenges in their daily lives. They can help with social skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution.   

We understand that sometimes it is hard to travel to an office location.  In order to provide access to all of our clients we can provide confidential HIPAA-compliant remote therapy with one of our qualified clinicians.  If your insurance authorizes this kind of therapy we will provide you with a link to access our safe and secure online meeting space.
